This is yesterdays food diary of what I ate, I am still on the TR90 weight management program, so all my meals are carefully selected and prepared.
Had a few off-days but I am back on the game!!
I used my protein powder to make the macarons and surprisingly they came out really well!! Strawberry flavoured shell with dark chocolate ganache! So yummy and extra good for my muscles!!
