So yes I decided to paint my nails because am off work this week and I fancied decorating my nails so here it is .....
Miracle Moisture Mist
Scientific studies have shown that HA (hyaluronic acid) improves skin hydration,
stimulates production of collagen in skin, works as an antioxidant and
free radical scavenger, maintains skin elasticity, cushions joints and
nerve tissues, has an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity and
maintains the fluid in the eye tissues, which may help to protect
against numerous possible eye concerns.
Almost half of the body’s HA is located in the collagen of skin and it is logical that HA plays a vital role here. Hyaluronic acid helps to retain over a 1000 times its weight in water within the cells of skin, making it an excellent moisturiser. In fact, no other biological substance can retain as much water as HA resulting in increased smoothness, softening and decreased wrinkles.
During the colder seasons, our skin dries up more due to the coldness in the air, we go indoors to warm heat and outdoors to the much cooler air. Sometimes we forget to maintain our skins moisturise levels as we worry about feeling cold, our bodies work harder to keep warm and then we become dehydrated, which shows up in our skin.
Nu Skin moisture mist or NaPCA (scientific name) is less than £15 for 250ml, it lasts me about 2 months minimum which is a good investment really. I always see if the product is worth buying simply by calculating how long it would last me for and the ingredients as some ingredients benefits the skin more therefore you wouldn't need to add extra layers of it on.
I have dry skin on my face, hands and in between my fingers mainly, also my rosacea kicks in all over my body which is very annoying as it looks like a red rash all over and it's so painful to touch. Therefore getting changed or having a wash can be painful. Without sounding too dramatic, I dislike winter lol.
I use my moisture mist spray 3-5 times a day, just 2 spritz at a time is enough for my face.
Love the fact that the head of the spray is different to other ones because the particles of the product comes out finer and distributes evenly. This also makes the product last longer and more effective for the skin.
It soothes my skin after a minute or 2 and instantly my skin feels hydrated without me having to pat my face down with tissue, it sinks into the skin quickly without any pain as I have experienced that with setting sprays for the face.
I use it in the morning after my skin care regime & on top of my make up to help set my face for the day, if I feel my skin is tight/dehydrated, I spritz my face for a cooling sensation and refresh my skin! I also spray this to my wet hair and let my hair half air dry before bed, it really makes my feel so shiny and luxurious especially when I use my hair dryer on it! It makes my hair feel protected without that sticky feeling over each strand of hair.
It binds onto the skin and hair, working it's magic and dries our within a few seconds.

Latest beauty haul!
WOW I haven't added a blog entry for SO long! I guess I have been busy lazy and abandoned my blog, fear not, I am back!!! I have actually missed writing and adding photo's so I shall endeavour to make more of an effort! Due to busy schedule with my jobs, I guess this has been my last place to leave my thoughts!
So... ANYWAYS.... my latest beauty haul includes all these items from Nu Skin. I have been wanting to try the whitening toothpaste for a while now, just finished my stock of Colgate Total and I said to myself I would try this whitening one as it's one of the worlds bestest whitening toothpaste you can get! Very intrigued as I wanted to have my teeth whitened but scared due to the harsh chemicals and my teeth can be quite sensitive at times so this is a safe option for me!
I bought a face essentials guide as it would benefit me in what I can recommend to my clients as I haven't tried absolutely everything in the Nu Skin range, probably only 1/4 of the entire store but I love what I am using at the moment in the ageLOC range. I also got some more of my ageLOC gels for my face & body galvanic machines preparing my body for the summer!! Planning on holidays from May onwards so am working on it now! Otherwise I just wont do it! It's always easier said than done right?
Of course I got a bottle of the moisture mist, which is my absolute holy grail! Each bottle is 250ml and it lasts me about 2 months which is a real bargain price at about £15 per bottle! Just love love the stuff!! Will be blogging about it soon!!
