Toning up

 

So recently I have been trying to tone up, and change my diet, as I was going on holiday............. now that my trip is over, I am back for more!!!
I have still cut out eating crisps and less of the sweets, more nutritious protein snacks and more smoothies!!! I do eat the 'bad' foods every now and then, but I still make up for it by working out abit more than usual. 
My exercise routine hasnt changed much, I just mainly focus on planks, can finally do them properly now!

My aim is to have a more defined body in the next few months before I go on another trip but what's change is I am more up for wearing cropped tops out in the open because I feel confident to!

Anyone else toning up this summer?!
