Real life testimonial about Pharmanex Lifepak

I just want to share some crucial information to you guys about my experience with Pharmanex Lifepak supplements in the last year or so and more-so, recently.

Lifepak is a money-back-guarantee product from Pharmanex, together with Nu Skin, the company looks after you from inside out. How it works is, you can check your carotenoid levels via the S2 or S3 scanner and within 90 seconds you will know for yourself how 'healthy' you are. This clever piece of technology uses raman spectroscopy to detect the amount of anti-oxidant cells that are actively working in your entire body for the last 5 weeks of your life, I see it as a lie detector and that is really important to me because I try eat healthy foods and drinks and also trying to do some sort of exercise to stay 'healthy' but little did I know, my body wasn't absorbing all the vitamins and minerals, essentially it is a waste of money.
To me, it makes sense to know what is going on inside of my body because although I cannot physically see what is going on inside, I can see the results on my skin and how I feel.

From how disgusted I was on my initial score, I decided to take the 90 day challenge, after taking Lifepak I could feel and see the results and people around me was complimenting me asking me what I had been doing differently. I knew it would be the Lifepak because I realised my skin was different.

I recently did a test, where I deliberately did not take my Lifepak supplements and I was back to eating crisps again. We all have a guilty pleasure, mine is definitely crisps!! I managed to stop eating them for 11 and half months, but then recently I went back to eating a packet a day, sometimes up to 4 packets.

Here are some results of my scan:

 on 17 07 14 - score was 48,000

on 16 09 14 - score was 43,000

on 28 09 14 - score was 53,000

2 weeks of inflammed healing eczema which I haven't had for over a year!
Between 17 July to 16 September I deliberately not take my Lifepak supplements for atleast 2 weeks, plus I went back to eating out and eating 'unhealthy' foods most of the time crisps and I saw the effects on my mood, sleeping patterns and break outs on my skin. Hence why the drop in my score, I felt like I was suffering because also my eczema had started and that was always a severe problem I had when I was a kid, for someone else to notice it when it didn't actually bother me had made me become aware of my own skin. I was very ready to go back to boosting my immune system because winter is coming up and I usually am poorly through the entire winter suffering from common flu.

Between 19 Sept to today, I have been taking my Lifepak and my JVi juice to help change my immune system, and the score today is 53,000. I can truly say I have never seen my score this high before and I can see my skin clearing up even though I have been eating bad foods until yesterday! This truly is a real life changing proof and although I still have my break out of spots on my chin and cheeks, they aren't red raw or painful.

Avon Ultra Colour Lipsticks Review

I recently made a purchase on these 4 lipsticks from Avon. It's funny how I never was into lipstick until about 2 years ago and now I love wearing bright colours on my lips! I think it really does make the entire outfit look more outstanding, especially when it caters to the weather!

Summer time, I enjoy wearing corals, pink undertone shades - they match my bright coloured outfits.
Autumn - winter time I enjoy wearing darker purple undertone lipsticks.
Bright red is an all year round favourite for me definatly!

Recent launch from Avon - I purchased the 4 lipsticks from the Ultra Colour line as I have heard reviews that is was a good as MAC lipsticks which are at the moment, my favourite collection of lip wears due o their long lasting, true colour pigments.

So... what are my thoughts?

The consistency is creamy and thin on application, the pigments are high standard giving that true bold colour when applied. I love that it only takes 2 applications for a true 6+ hour last after eating 2 meals in between. The colour truely lasts and stays strong without using any lipliners underneath.
I like the simple packaging, black with silver. It's suitable for any bag for any occasion.

Each lipstick has Avon engraved on the outside packaging as well a the actual lipstick.

The lipsticks contain Shea Butter, Omega Oil, Arctic Berry, and Vitamin E to nourish and helps moisturise lips instantly.

2 streaks of swatch from each colour

Shades I purchased :-

  •  Fearless Fuchsia - bright pick with purple undertone
  • Magenta Flash - deep pink with warm red berry undertone
  • Power Plum - deep purple with brown undertone
  • Pink Punch - creamy coral-like colour with orange undertone

Pro's:

  • clear window at the top of the lid shows each colour lipsticks making it easier to decide on each true colour
  • professional packaging
  • hardware material
  • affordable price
  • long lasting true bold colours
  • 10 shades available
  • comparable to MAC for bright results

Con's:

  • can become too thick on the lips after 3 layers
  • does not colour oily lips, for instance, using vaseline as a base
  •  not enough colours especially for those who enjoy using orange-bright type colours
  • does not contain any SPF

The retail price usually £7.50 each, which is a reasonable price compared to high street. For a lipstick that does the job showing its true results, gives it a much longer lasting investment long term.
Avon occasionally have offers so it depends on when you purchase.
